No. Sessions are designed to meet you where you are. The only requirement is your openness.

Find a quiet, private space where you won't be disturbed — lying down on a bed or couch is ideal so you can fully relax during the energy healing portion. Put your phone on Do Not Disturb and have water nearby.
Arrive with one or two things on your mind — what feels most present, most alive, most ready to shift. You don't need to have it figured out in advance.

The Emotional Clearing Session is dedicated solely to clearing emotional energy from your field. The Soul Activation Session includes that — and expands into ancestral healing, past life work, soul guidance, and activation. If you're unsure which to choose, The Soul Activation Session offers the most complete experience.

Yes. I record the insight portion of the session, so you have a copy of everything that came through. You'll receive the recording in your follow-up email.
