I found energy healing at a time when my body was keeping the score of everything I hadn't processed.

I was completely depleted — burnt out from work, grieving the loss of three loved ones, and navigating the physical toll of PCOS, Hashimoto’s, and rheumatoid arthritis. My body felt like it was betraying me. I was exhausted, inflamed, and emotionally overwhelmed. Life felt like something I was enduring, not enjoying.

In a quiet moment of surrender, I asked the Universe to show me the way back to myself. Soon after, energy healing kept finding me — through podcasts, books, and conversations. I had barely heard of it before, but suddenly it was everywhere. I chose to follow that intuitive nudge, and it changed everything.

What began as a personal healing journey quickly became a soul calling.

Over the years, I've trained as a Certified Ahai™ Practitioner, Reiki Master, and Emotion Code Practitioner — and deepened the psychic gifts that now guide every session. What I've developed is a unique approach to emotional and energetic transformation that works at the level most healing never reaches: the energy field itself. I've witnessed what happens when emotional charge finally clears from the field. The lightness. The clarity. The return to a version of yourself that was always there — waiting underneath the interference.

This work reconnected me with my sovereignty. Now I help others access the fullness of theirs.

What I know to be true, and what guides everything I do: your emotions are not obstacles. They are your soul speaking. And when they move freely through your field, you stop overriding yourself — and start living from a level of clarity, power, and self-trust that comes from your own knowing.
